This policy explains how Voltspire: Tower Defense handles your data. We designed the game to collect as little as possible.

Data we collect ourselves

We do not run our own servers to collect, store, or profile your personal data.

• Your game progress and settings are saved locally on your own device, not sent to us.
• The game may download optional game content from a content host; this sends us no personal information about you.

Mobile app: third-party services

The iOS and Android versions of the game use a few third-party services to show ads, understand gameplay, and process purchases. The game itself has no account or login, so the data these services handle is not tied to your identity, and we do not track you across other apps or websites (we do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, and ads are served non-personalized).

• Ads — Google AdMob. Shows the game's rewarded and interstitial ads. To do this it may process a device identifier and ad-interaction/diagnostic data. Because ads are non-personalized, this is used to show ads and prevent fraud, not to build a profile of you. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Analytics — GameAnalytics. Collects anonymous gameplay events (for example which upgrades are used, how far a run gets, and which in-app packs are bought with a rounded amount), along with basic crash and performance data, using a randomly generated anonymous identifier. • Purchases — Apple / Google. In-app purchases are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google). We never receive your payment details — only confirmation that a purchase completed, so we can grant the item.

We do not run our own servers and do not combine any of this into a profile of you.

Children

Voltspire is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your choices

On the web, you can clear your local save at any time by clearing your browser's site data for the page hosting the game. In the mobile app, deleting the app removes its local data from your device. Because we do not show personalized ads or track you across apps, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
